Exchange Policy (Valid for 7 Days)
We offer a 7-day exchange policy only in the case of damaged or defective products. If you receive a damaged item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and your order details.
To be eligible for an exchange:
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all components.
- The customer must cover the return shipping cost.
- If the returned item is found damaged, used, or incomplete upon inspection, the exchange will not be processed.
