Stuff I Create & Build offers distinctive physical products, print files and, as the range develops, software that solves practical problems. These terms apply to use of sicb.shop and to purchases when ordering becomes available. Indian law applies, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights or competent consumer forum.
Your account
Use accurate details and keep your login secure. Accounts are intended for adults legally able to enter a contract. Contact us if you suspect unauthorised access. You can use Google sign-in when available or the supported account login method. Our Privacy policy explains personal information and essential cookies.
Product information and orders
Check each listing for what is included, dimensions, materials, compatibility, care, lead time and price. Physical products and digital files are different purchases. Product photographs show the photographed item; screens and lighting can affect colour. The homepage collection scene is a styled composite. Disclosed minor finish variations do not remove your rights if goods are defective or materially different from their description.
When sales open, the total price, applicable taxes, delivery charge and supported destination will be shown before payment. Availability is subject to confirmation. We will contact you about a material error or inability to fulfil an order and provide any refund due; changes do not retrospectively alter an accepted order without your agreement.
Cancellations, faults and refunds
We do not offer a general change-of-mind return service. Contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel an order; production or dispatch may already have begun. Our Refund policy explains fault reports and remedies. Custom work and digital delivery do not exclude remedies required by law for defective, incorrect, misdescribed or undelivered goods or services.
Print files and software
A digital listing supplies only the files or software explicitly identified, not a physical item. Check printer, hardware, operating system and assembly requirements before buying. The licence displayed with the product defines permitted use, including any commercial-print permissions. Do not redistribute files or claim another creator’s work as your own. Ownership of SICB branding and original content remains with SICB; third-party designs and assets remain subject to their owners’ rights and licences.
Delivery and responsible use
Our launch market is India. International shipping is not currently offered unless a future checkout explicitly supports the destination. Delivery estimates and any assembly or safety instructions will be provided with the product. Use products as instructed; avoid unsupported safety-critical uses of print files or software.
Support and changes
Contact us for help before sending a return. Policy updates will carry a revised date; the terms applicable to an order remain subject to law and the information agreed when it was placed. Nothing here excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
