1. Overview

Stuff I Create & Build (SICB) (“I”,”we”, “us”, or “our”) operates https://sicb.shop, a platform offering 3D printed products and digital designs. We are a registered Micro enterprise under the Ministry of MSME, Government of India. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. By using our services, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Account & Access

You must be at least the age of majority in your region to use this website. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details. Any activity through your account is your responsibility.

3. Orders & Acceptance

When you place an order with us, it is considered final. Once confirmed, orders cannot be canceled or refunded as many items are “Print on Demand.” Please double-check your order details before confirming.

4. Product Information

We strive to ensure all product details and visuals are accurate. However, as our products fall under “Other manufacturing n.e.c.” (NIC Code: 32909), slight variations in color, texture, or finish may occur due to the nature of 3D printing production nuances. All product availability and pricing are subject to change without prior notice.

5. Exchange Policy

We do not offer returns or refunds. All purchases are final sale. However, we offer a 5-day exchange policy in case of physical damage during transit or a significant manufacturing defect.

• To be eligible for exchange, you must notify us at sicb.care@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving the item.
• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned at the customer’s cost.
• Exchanges will only be processed after inspection and confirmation of the issue.

6. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are processed and shipped within 2–4 working days (depending on order volume and complexity) after confirmation.
• Shipping is free across India. For international orders, charges vary and will be calculated at checkout based on the destination.
• We are not responsible for delays due to courier companies, customs clearance for international orders, or unforeseen circumstances.

7. Custom Orders

We accept custom 3D design and print requests. Please contact us for more information. Custom-designed products are not eligible for exchange or return.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, visuals, product designs, and branding are the intellectual property of Stuff I Create & Build (SICB) and may not be reproduced without written permission.
