At Stuff I Create & Build (SICB), we strive to deliver your 3D printed orders in the safest and quickest way possible.
1. Shipping Timelines
Most of our products are made-to-order. Our standard timelines are:
- Processing Time: 2–4 business days (depending on order volume, complexity, printing and quality check).
- Delivery Time: 3–7 business days after dispatch for domestic orders within India.
2. Shipping Charges
We are pleased to offer Free Shipping on all orders across India.
For International orders, shipping fees are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination country. Total shipping fees will be displayed at checkout before you finalize your payment.
3. Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and the name of the courier partner. You can track your package directly through the courier partner's website.
4. International Customs
For international shipments, please note that any customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.
